Tobacco Green Designer Denim Jacket

Conceived by Lapels’ Creative Director and brought to life through bespoke craftsmanship, COTSWOOL takes the familiar character of a denim jacket into more considered territory. The self-patterned Cotton-Wool Denim gives the cloth its own visual depth, moving beyond the uniform surface of conventional denim while retaining its rugged character.

Designed with the spirit of a biker’s jacket and the practicality of a traveller’s layer, the silhouette is made for movement but interpreted through a designer’s eye. Contrast accents at the cuffs are echoed inside the button placket, revealing an unexpected detail as the jacket is opened or worn in motion. Genuine mother-of-pearl buttons add a natural element of refinement to the otherwise utilitarian character.

The result is a jacket that sits between rugged outerwear and contemporary tailoring, with its details becoming more apparent through wear. Designed by the Creative Director, COTSWOOL is conceived as a singular piece rather than another interpretation of the conventional denim jacket.
