ReveR Reversible Jackets
ReveR by Lapels Bespoke is a reversible jacket collection for life in motion, with a formal face and a relaxed face, in limited numbers or made to commission.

For movement
ReveR, the Reversible Jacket Built for Life in Motion
If the Collector’s Vault is about material, ReveR is about movement.
It is a collection built for people who never stop moving, created by Maestro Mac from a simple idea. The reversible jacket already existed, yet he wanted to explore it further and perfect it. He spent around six years crafting different ReveR jackets before extending the idea to shirts and safari jackets.
Tailoring for More Than One Place
Most tailoring assumes a client is dressing for one place. ReveR takes the opposite view, because the day of a busy client rarely stays in one setting.
A boardroom meeting may end in dinner with clients, a party or a formal event, and a flight may be followed immediately by a meeting. With one garment covering both, packing becomes lighter and time is saved, which is exactly what ReveR offers to anyone who wants less hassle and no wasted time.
Each reversible jacket is deliberately designed with two faces. One side is more formal, businesslike and serious, while the other is more casual. Maestro Mac chooses two different shades for each piece, with a slightly shinier finish denoting the relaxed side and the other shade reflecting the seriousness of the wearer.
Born from the Traveller Concept
ReveR traces back to the travel jacket, as it was created for a client who was constantly travelling.
The traveller concept launched in 2019 after two years of research and development, and ReveR was introduced a few years later as part of it. Lightweight construction has since become a defining signature of the brand, and ReveR includes what Lapels Bespoke considers the lightest reversible jacket in the business, weighing just 380 grams.
Fabrics and Silhouettes
ReveR uses fabrics crafted especially for dual sided wear, mostly 100% wool or wool blended with silk and Lycra, engineered to highlight their versatility and the fluid look of both faces.
The collection is built around cashmere stingray lapel blazers, which feature Maestro Mac’s signature sweeping, sculptural stingray geometry in premium cashmere blends. Safari jackets are structured yet very soft, with a utilitarian design made for changing weather, effortless reversal and comfortable travel. Unstructured smart casual blazers are shaped for relaxed layering with contrasting fabrics, while formal pieces keep a sharply tailored silhouette that moves seamlessly from classic presentation to a distinct reverse face.
Limited Pre Order and Bespoke Commissions
ReveR serves as the brand’s premium reversible daywear, bringing online accessibility together with personal tailoring.
The technology behind each piece is time consuming and requires highly skilled labour, so ReveR jackets are produced in very limited quantities for pre order. Clients can also request a custom ReveR jacket through the house’s bespoke service, tailored to their own preferences.
