Careers at Lapels
Lapels has practised bespoke craftsmanship since 1940, and 86 years later the standard set then still governs everything that leaves the house. Our growth has come from people who take the initiative, who close, who negotiate and who build relationships that last well beyond a single commission.
We are adding three senior roles to the team. Each carries real ownership, the latitude to shape how the work is done and direct access to the people making the decisions. You will work with clients who expect precision at every stage, in a house where the quality of a garment and the quality of a relationship are held to the same standard.
Since 1940 the house has stood for bespoke craftsmanship and uncompromising luxury, and that reputation is carried by every person who represents us, in front of clients, partners and press alike.
The current openings are set out below, with the responsibilities, experience and qualities we are looking for in each. If your record speaks for itself and you want a role where your judgement counts, we would like to hear from you.
