Blue Cotton-Silk Blazer
AED 12,600.00
Double-Breasted, Linen Silk Blend, Fully Handmade
AED 12,600.00
Cut from a lightweight Linen-Silk blend in a rich burnt orange, this double-breasted blazer brings a strong colour and a distinctive interpretation of classic tailoring to warmer dressing. The six-button front is framed by a Stingray lapel, while genuine mother-of-pearl buttons and surgeon’s cuffs bring considered detail to the construction.
Fully handmade and fully lined, the blazer is finished with a paisley lining and double vents that allow the silhouette to retain its structure without compromising movement. The lightness of the Linen-Silk cloth makes it well suited to warmer temperatures, while its considered construction allows it to move between daytime and evening dressing.
Designed to be worn with cashmere-cotton trousers, khakis, ivory chinos or cashmere-linen and wool separates, it carries the authority of a double-breasted jacket with the versatility of a more relaxed wardrobe.
Caring for Your Suit
A fine suit is made to be lived in, but it deserves time to rest between wears. Store it on a well-shaped hanger to preserve the natural form of the shoulders and allow the cloth to recover.
Pressing
Press only when necessary, preferably through a trusted tailor or specialist dry cleaner. A pressing cloth should always be used, with no direct heat applied to the wool, to protect the natural fibres and preserve the depth and character of the cloth.
Dry Cleaning
Dry clean only when necessary, such as when the garment has been stained or has absorbed odour. Excessive dry cleaning can gradually affect the natural fibres and the canvas construction of a handmade garment. For small marks, gentle spot-cleaning with a damp cloth is preferable to cleaning the entire suit.
Pro Tip: The less frequently a garment is dry cleaned, the longer it will retain its natural character and longevity. When dry cleaning is necessary, always entrust your garment to a professional specialist dry cleaner experienced in fine tailoring and natural fibres.
