Press only when necessary, preferably through a trusted tailor or specialist dry cleaner. A pressing cloth should always be used, with no direct heat applied, to protect the natural fibres and preserve the depth and character of the cloth.

For small marks, gentle spot-cleaning with a damp cloth is preferable to cleaning the entire suit.
